Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders. International shipping rates vary by destination.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders that have already entered production may not be modified, cancelled, or redirected.
Those Two Cats™ is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed shipment, we may contact you regarding reshipment options.
Additional shipping charges may apply before an order can be resent.
