Returns & Refund Policy

At Those Two Cats™, many of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because of the nature of print-on-demand and made-to-order products, all sales are considered final.

Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Accidental purchases

  • Customer preference issues

  • Orders placed in error

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, personalization details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders that have already entered production or shipment cannot be modified.

Those Two Cats™ is not responsible for products shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates a package has been lost during shipment, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to determine an appropriate resolution.

Third-Party Marketplace Orders

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, may be subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms.
